Terms of engagement

Booking Information

Payment is required at the time of booking.


All fees are non-refundable.  This does not affect your statutory rights.


A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a consultation.


Notice must be received Monday to Friday, between 9 am and 6 pm UK time, excluding UK public holidays.


Cancellations or requests to reschedule received with less than the required notice will result in the full fee being forfeited.
